WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
For orders from The Netherlands the shipping is free.
For shipping abroad, shipping costs are calculated based on the country the order is being shipped to.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by e-mail. You can use this link to track the status of your order.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Shipping time depends on your location and shipping method. Orders within the Netherlands have a shipping time of approximately 2-3 business days.
For other countries within the EU, shipping time is 3-5 days.
IS THERE A POSSIBILITY TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes, this is possible if you communicate this in time to info@sabayaat.nl
I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?
Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the ordening process. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam. If you still can't locate it, please don't hestitate to reach out to us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
IS THERE A WARRANTY FOR MY ABAYA AND HOW LONG IS IT VALID?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY AND HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. You can make use of the cooling-off period by sending an e-mail to info@sabayaat.nl containing the subject, your name and order number. The return costs are for the consumer.
To process your return, the following conditions are important:
- Within 14 days of receipt, you must have registered the product as a return and sent it back to us;
- The item must be returned in its original packaging;
- The article has no signs of smell or use;
- The article is not damaged.
Once we have received the purchase in good order (according to the conditions mentioned above), we will refund your purchase price of the item within 5 to 14 working days.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the return does not meet the above conditions.

CAN I WASH MY ABAYA?
We recommend hand washing and steaming the abayas. It is not possible to put the abayas in the washing machine.

Sizes depend on your height. Below is a table of sizes and corresponding lengths:

60 | 174-175 cm
